What you’ll do:

• Automate marketing analytics workflows
• Test and investigate product and business hypotheses
• Build and evolve predictive algorithms

What you need to succeed:

• Solid Python skills at an analyst level — you’re comfortable navigating and working within a large codebase
• Hands-on experience building predictive models: ML, time series, neural networks, or similar
• Experience creating and presenting data: dashboards (any BI stack) and/or delivering research findings directly to stakeholders
• Solid SQL skills — any database works
• Strong applied math foundation in at least one area: time series analysis, advanced A/B testing, classical ML algorithms, or equivalent

Nice to have:

• Good grasp of core online marketing metrics
• Experience with Spark, or genuine interest in getting up to speed with it
• You have an open-source repo to show for it
