Creative Producer

Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

We are looking for a Creative producer to join its creative production team. This is a position with final creative authority: from concept and script to video approval and interpretation of test results.

Responsibilities:

• Write scripts and storyboards for videos
• Take on your own ideas and those of the team, and develop them into production-ready formats
• Conduct briefings with the team
• Evaluate video clips and make decisions on the final video
• Review test results from UA: IPM, IR, CTR, retention
• Decide what to kill, what to iterate on, and what to scale, and incorporate these findings into future scenarios
• Systematically review competitors’ creative content
• Monitor trends on advertising platforms
• Maintain documentation for the videos
• Ensure process transparency for the UA and the team

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years in game development in a creative role
• Experience with performance metrics: you understand what IPM, CTR, and IR are, and how they relate to creative work
• Storytelling skills: you can come up with a video concept and present it effectively
• Understanding of the mid-core audience
• Willingness to work within our methodology and adapt your experience to fit it. Simply adapting top-performing videos from casual games won’t work for us
• Ability to work with AI tools, willingness to learn new things

Will be a plus:

• Understanding UA Testing Processes
• Gaming experience as a player
• English proficiency at the level required for voice-over editing and subtitling
