Please note: While the compensation for this role is $100 CAD/hr, all invoices and offers will be reflected in USD. Your initial back pay will be converted using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. Going forward, your ongoing rate will be set at $75.00 USD/hr, which is designed to ensure you receive at least the equivalent of $100 CAD/hr after conversion and any applicable transfer fees.
