We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Dutch Speaking Customer Agent For ING to join a prestigious banking support team based remotely within Bulgaria. What You Will Do
Provide professional, accurate, and timely customer support to Dutch-speaking ING banking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels. Assist customers with a wide range of banking enquiries, including account management, online banking navigation, payment queries, and product information.
