UK Nominee Director (Remote, Compliance Support Role)
Job Description
An opportunity is available for a UK resident to act as a Nominee Director in support of corporate compliance requirements.
This is a non-management position that does not involve operational decision-making or day-to-day business activities. The expected workload is minimal, consisting mainly of document execution and occasional administrative assistance.
Responsibilities
Execute banking and corporate documents as required.
Support compliance processes through occasional administrative actions.
Participate remotely in any necessary onboarding procedures.
Time Commitment
Approximately 1-2 hours during initial onboarding.
Minimal ongoing participation thereafter.
Requests may occur only once or twice per year.
Compensation
£100 - £125 per month
