About the Role
Invicta Software is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in transforming PDF documents into accurate and well-organized Excel spreadsheets, supporting our data management and analysis efforts. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operational excellence.
Key Objectives
Accurately convert data from PDF files into Excel spreadsheets.
Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the entry process.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Review and interpret data contained in PDF documents.
Input data into Excel with precision, maintaining formatting and structure.
Verify and cross-check entered data for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in source documents.
Maintain organized records of completed data entry tasks.
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding progress and challenges.
Adhere to company data security and confidentiality policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry, preferably converting PDF to Excel.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with formulas and formatting.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus.
