* Deep expertise in Go.
* A proven track record of solving hard, ambiguous problems across backend and data infrastructure.
* Strong fundamentals in relational databases (PostgreSQL), SQL, and complex data modeling.
* Excitement about taking a high-impact ownership role in an early-stage team.
Who we're looking for:
* 7+ years of experience in systems/backend engineering, data infrastructure, and cloud environments.
* Strong architectural background with a focus on engineering fundamentals over framework hype.
* Ability to communicate complex technical ideas simply and directly.
