Position: Enterprise Sales Domain Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$60–$90/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Review multi-step enterprise sales workflows. Judge AI handling against strong seller standards. Flag discrepancies and reasons.
- Work real sales tasks end-to-end, including prospecting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene. Create expert reference examples for model training.
- Refine rubrics used to score AI outputs. Ensure they capture distinctions between great and average selling.
- Operate in test environments mirroring real sales tech stacks. Simulate workflows across CRM, communication, and billing tools.
- Create polished, customer-facing materials. Ensure quality aligns with senior sales leader standards.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 10 years of experience selling in enterprise environments.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience as quota-carrying individual contributors, managers, or VPs.
- Fluency with enterprise tools like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Depth in CRM administration, sales process management, and data-driven reporting.
- Strong writing skills and ability to create professional artifacts.
Preferred
- Experience with AI-powered B2B SaaS creator marketplaces.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho CRM, Freshdesk, and Microsoft Teams.
