The Role
The Acceleration & Growth Team (AGT)is Lumen’s commercial organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering differentiated customer outcomes across Lumen’s segments. AGT brings together sales, customer success, partner ecosystems, and transformation initiatives to modernize gotomarket motions, improve productivity, and scale growth through disciplined execution. Role Overview
The Lead Analyst, Portfolio Management is a senior individual contributor responsible for coordinating portfolio governance, initiative intake, prioritization, and execution activities across the AGT portfolio.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Portfolio Management, this role supports portfolio planning and governance processes, maintains visibility into initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones, and helps ensure consistent execution across the portfolio. The role partners closely with initiative owners and stakeholders to support operating rhythms, governance forums, business priorities, and special projects as needs evolve.
This role is structured for 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. CET working hours and is a critical member of AGT's Poland-based Portfolio Management team. The position supports portfolio operations, governance, execution consistency, and leadership priorities across the organization.
