If you have experience in customer experience, are passionate about helping others, and enjoy working in a team, we want you to join our great Customer Experience team.
Your Challenges
- Phone and chat.
- Resolution of general customer issues.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in established procedures.
- Contribute to a positive work environment.
Required Skills
- Experience in similar positions (customer support via email and phone).
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday, 6 hours shifts.
- Proficiency in using computer programs and tools (Excel, email, phone, chat).
- Intermediate knowledge of the English language - not mandatory.
