Position: Meta Media Buyer (Ecommerce)

You MUST have run Meta ads for ecommerce/DTC brands with real budgets. If your background is lead gen, apps, or local business ads, don't apply.

About Icarus:

We're a specialized paid media agency working with high-risk brands (CBD, cannabis, nicotine, vapes, peptides). We focus on Meta Ads and high-converting funnels for brands that face advertising restrictions.

The Role:

Own a portfolio of 10-20 ecommerce client ad accounts end to end. Check spend and performance daily and act on the numbers: scale winners, kill losers, restructure when fatigue creeps in. Build full-funnel campaigns. Run structured creative testing with our creative director and scale what wins. Make the budget calls, including telling a client no when the data isn't there. Lead client reporting calls and strategy reviews. Spot funnel problems beyond the ads (checkout drop-off, tracking issues). Handle ad rejections and policy pauses fast.

What You Need:

✅ 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience on ecommerce/DTC accounts

✅ A track record you can walk us through: stores you ran, what you changed, what happened

✅ Know ecommerce numbers cold (ROAS, AOV, CPA, frequency, add-to-cart to purchase)

✅ Can explain WHY campaigns perform the way they do, not just read dashboards

✅ Confident on client calls: present results, defend strategy, push back with data

✅ Excellent English - confident on video calls

✅ Comfortable working with CBD/cannabis/nicotine brands (no prior restricted-ads experience needed - we train you)

✅ Available during US business hours (overlap required)
